中新社北京4月28日电 (记者 阮煜琳)中国生态环境部海洋生态环境司副司长张志锋28日在北京对记者表示，2023年全国海洋生态环境继续保持改善趋势，近岸海域水质优良面积比例为85.0%，实现自2018年以来的“六连增”。
张志锋说，去年以来，生态环境部统筹推进海洋生态环境保护工作，取得阶段性的良好成效，包括坚持重点攻坚和协同治理相结合，把入海河流总氮治理、入海排污口排查整治等作为重点海域综合治理攻坚战的重中之重；以海湾为基本单元，在全国其他沿海城市协同推进陆海统筹的污染防治。
2023年，全国国控河流入海断面总氮平均浓度同比下降12.2%，近岸海域水质优良比例达到85.0%，同比增长3.1个百分点，实现自2018年以来的“六连增”。全国283个海湾中有126个海湾水质与前三年均值相比得到改善。渤海、长江口-杭州湾、珠江口及临近海域三大重点海域水质优良比例年均值为67.5%，同比上升4.5个百分点。
同时，生态环境部依法严格监管入海排污口、海水养殖、海洋工程和海洋倾废活动等，截至目前，全国沿海各省(区、市)已排查出入海排污口5.3万余个，完成整治1.6万余个。
张志锋说，目前，中国已有130多个海湾出台美丽海湾建设实施方案。各地通过协同推进“一湾一策”的海湾生态环境一体化保护和系统治理，让越来越多的碧海银滩、生态海岸、鱼翔浅底等，成为美丽海湾建设的标志性成果和亮点特色。(完)
